 Position: Medics/Logistics/HLO– Ref: APO Ad. 01/2026 Location: Sfax

The Position Reports to the Platform OIM, the position holder is mainly responsible for First Aid and Medical support for the Platform Personnel. 

Secondary Duties include, but are not limited to, Logistics Support, Helicopters and Vessels and Platform administrative duties.

Key Accountabilities

* Medic

 - Maintain an occupational health service for Platform staff providing front line medical service for illness and injury

 - Diagnoses and treats with support of company doctor illnesses and injuries that are likely to occur on the Platform

 - Plan and provide training and exercise in first aid and hygiene 

* Logistic

 - Manage the safe and efficient operation of helicopter and SBV on Miskar Platforms

 - Plan and optimize the movements of personnel and materials to and from the platform

 - Participate in budget preparation 

* Administration

 - Supervise the catering services and food quality

 - Control Platform Materials

 - Responsible for the solid waste management plan

Required Educational Qualifications and Main Skills

 - Minimum Bac + 03 years University in health sciences schools-Higher Technician diploma or Bachelor’s degree in health with a specialization in Nursing or Anaesthesia (Diplôme de Technicien supérieur ou Licence en santé avec spécialitéeninfirmerieouanesthésie) 

 - Minimum 3 years Working experience in Medic position.

 - Extensive knowledge of advanced first aid and advanced trauma life support

 - Extensive knowledge of food handling and hygiene

 - Good written and oral communication skills in English French & Arabic Languages 

 - Good communication skills networking skills

 - Committed to developing competencies in administrative and logistics functions

Desirable

 - Helicopter landing officer / Use SAP, GWMS and Vantage data / Certified Rig Medic, eACLS, PHTLS 

Work Pattern

 - Offshore shift pattern: Rotation 15 / 15
